Unwind in the games room while playing a game of Pool or Foosball and watching TV. The third comfortable living space is located just off the patio, with French doors out to the pool. It has a queen-sized sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 8 guests.

✔ WOOD FIRES: No outdoor wood fires are allowed per Sonoma County rules.
✔ FIREPLACE: The indoor fireplace is there only for aesthetic purposes and can not be used for fires
✔ NOISE: Quiet hours, mandated by the County, are between 9 PM and 7 AM.
✔ GUESTS: A maximum of 8 guests are allowed on the property. Events and parties are not allowed.
✔ SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. If you smoke outside, please be sure to keep the area clean and properly dispose of cigarette butts and ashes.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
